DELIVERIES

DELIVERY PROCEDURES

We are currently delivering Thursdays 2:00pm-4:30pm and 6:30pm - 9:00pm to suburbs specified on our website. Our delivery drivers will knock loudly on the door and leave your delivery by your door (or follow any instructions you have left with us).

Your delivery box or bag will contain a gel ice pack to help maintain temperature. Do not consume or leave the pack exposed in any area for small children to reach it. These packs are re-usable and our drivers can collect them during your next scheduled delivery.

CANCELLING DELIVERIES

If you are unable to be at home or cannot accept a delivery on your scheduled delivery day, we require notice of cancellation by 12pm the day of delivery. The delivery will then be rescheduled for the next available delivery window. We cannot guarantee a refund or re-delivery if notice is provided after 12pm or zero notice is given.

RECEIVING DELIVERIES

Wooden Spoon will not take responsibility for ice cream once it has been delivered under the following circumstances: if you are unable to be at home for your Wooden Spoon delivery,  cannot provide a chilly bin with ice packs for the ice cream OR have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule your delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they correctly fill out the shipping information in order for us to fulfill your order accurately and on time. If a redelivery is required due to customer error, an additional charge of $5 will be incurred that needs to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver the product.

If shipping a gift, please include a phone number of either the sender or recipient. Our drivers might need to confirm information before drop off.

ONLINE ORDERING

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

If you need to permanently cancel your order or make last-minute flavour changes, please do so prior to Tuesday 12pm the week of your delivery. Any changes after Tuesday 12pm will not be guaranteed.

FLAVOUR AVAILABILITY

Flavours are subject to availability. Under certain circumstances, though rare, shortage of flavours may occur. If this is the case, Wooden Spoon will notify you of this situation and 1) provide you with a different flavour and 2) redeliver the original flavour if possible or provide an additional flavour.

ALLERGENS

Please read the list of ingredients and allergen warnings on our website next to each flavour. Our facility processes / handles dairy, gluten, peanuts, cashews and other allergens, in accordance to guidelines set by the Ministry of Primary Industries and outlined in our Risk Management Programme. If you require additional information about any of our flavours, please contact us.

FRIENDS OF WOODEN SPOON - LOYALTY PROGRAMME

REDEEMING DISCOUNT CODES

You will receive an email from Wooden Spoon if you have earned a $25 or greater discount through our loyalty programme.

The email will contain a unique, one time only, discount code that will be associated with your ordering email address and cannot be transferred to another individual.

You can redeem your discount towards purchase of any of the products in the Wooden Spoon online store, including gift cards - just enter the code at checkout!

Discounts are valid for one year and cannot be combined with other discounts. Discounts are not redeemable for cash.

If the loyalty programme is terminated prior to using a discount code, Wooden Spoon will arrange to compensate you for the value of the discount via bank transfer.
