Shipping policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they correctly fill out the shipping information in order for us to fulfill your order accurately and on time. If a redelivery is required due to customer error, an additional charge will be incurred that needs to be paid before we can attempt to redeliver the product.

If shipping a gift, please include a phone number of either the sender or recipient. Our drivers might need to confirm information before drop off.

We do not accept responsibility for mishandling of your items once they are delivered.

Our ice creams are shipped with approximately 100g of dry ice per pack to keep the product at temperature. This is intended to keep the product cold through delivery and for a short period of time outside. If you’re unsure you will be home or concerned you won’t hear our driver when they deliver, please leave a chilly bin out - as this will sustain the ice cream at temperature for a longer period of time.

Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide that has a surface temperature of -78c and must be handled with care. Do not leave it around children unsupervised. Dry ice will sublimate (turn from solid to gas) on it’s own.
