The flavours that made our name, including two award winners. Some are always around; others return when the season is right.

Every signature flavour starts the same way: a custard cooked from scratch, cooled, aged and slow-churned, with mix-ins we make in our own kitchen. What changes is the idea behind it. Smokey Pokey is our cheeky take on New Zealand's classic hokey pokey. Ca Phe Da came from a love of Vietnamese iced coffee. Movie Night tastes like a trip to the cinema.
Two flavours from this range have been recognised by judges: Movie Night won a 2017 Cuisine Artisan Award, and Blackcurrant Crunch was named Supreme Champion at the 2019 Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards.
