Using this website

The content on this site, including text, photographs and logos, belongs to Wooden Spoon - Boutique Freezery Limited unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before reusing our photos or text.

Flavours, ingredients and allergens

We take care to keep flavour descriptions and ingredient lists accurate, but recipes and suppliers can change. The label on your tub is the final word. Our kitchen handles dairy, gluten, peanuts, cashews and other allergens, so traces may be present in any product. If you have an allergy, please contact us before buying.

Orders and delivery

When an order window is open, the specific terms for that release (prices, delivery days, delivery areas, cut-off times, cancellations and what to do if you are not home) are shown at the time of ordering. Those terms apply to that order.

Dry ice

Deliveries may include dry ice to keep ice cream frozen. Dry ice is extremely cold (about -78.5°C). Do not touch it with bare hands, do not eat it, keep it away from children and pets, and let it turn to gas in a well-ventilated place. Never seal it in an airtight container.
