How ordering works: we take orders in release windows. Packs, flavours, prices and delivery areas are announced on Instagram and Facebook when each window opens. Have a question before then? Get in touch.

Parties, events and offices
For a crowd, we have made 5-litre party tubs (including custom flavours) and offered staffed scoop freezers at events. Office teams can read about corporate ice cream orders. Planning a birthday? Our journal covers how much ice cream to buy for a party.
When your order arrives
- Put the tubs in the freezer straight away, at -18°C or colder.
- If your box has dry ice, don't touch it with bare hands; leave it somewhere ventilated, out of reach of children, until it disappears.
- Not home at delivery time? Leave out a chilly bin with ice packs.

Frequently asked questions
How do I order Wooden Spoon ice cream for delivery?
Online ordering opens in release windows rather than all year round. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook, or message us, to hear when the next window opens and which suburbs we can deliver to. Each release lists the packs, flavours and prices available at the time.
Can I order ice cream as a gift?
Yes. Packs make a good gift and we have offered gift cards in the past. When you order for someone else, include a phone number for the sender or the recipient so the driver can confirm the drop-off and the ice cream goes straight into a freezer.
How much ice cream should I order for a party?
A useful rule is about 125 to 150 ml per person if ice cream is served with another dessert, and about 200 ml per person if it is the main treat. Our party ice cream guide has a table for common group sizes.
